  I booked a 1-1 masterclass and had a fantastic experience! Poppy was so patient and kind, she talked me over a full make up routine and was super knowledgeable. At the end, she helped me decide which product to get and I am really happy with it all!

  Terrible purchased a foundation which has completely separated and coming out green therefore unfit for use and Charlotte Tilbury are unwilling to do anything

  I went into this branch for the first time, and staff member Amira/Ameerah was incredibly helpful and kind. She talked me through the essential products I needed for my daily makeup routine. She is professional, passionate, and very knowledgeable about what she does. I highly recommend her if you need advice on your everyday makeup care.

  Just visited Heidi in the Carnaby store as I needed help with getting old and feeling it too! Heidi was wonderful! Tolerant and patient and so polite. After asking me what my main issue was - Heidi tailored a skin care and makeup regime for me. It was perfect! Heidi knows her products and was an absolute gem! Gold star and a big Thank you!
